Delivery & Returns

  • Once we receive your order the typical delivery period of our products is 3-5 working days. We aim to dispatch your goods within 48 hours of receiving payment, however, during our peak times this may be extended but shouldn't exceed 3 working days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. Please email in advance if your delivery is urgent and we’ll do our best to accommodate requests.

  • We use a combination of DPD and EVRI to ship our parcels. Our standard delivery service costs are £5 and £8 for larger parcels. Once delivery is booked, you will receive a tracking link via email and it will be sent out on the next working day. If your delivery is urgent please email attrill@harbournewsandgifts.co.uk.

  • Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship internationally outside the UK. However, we aim to review the situation in the future.

  • After you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number. Your tracking number will be sent to you via a separate email once your order is ready to leave our warehouse. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your shipment status.

  • Once we receive your order, we start working on it right away! If you’d like to cancel or edit the shipping address on your order, please email us at attrill@harbournewsandgifts.co.uk as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate requests.

  • For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company provided on the tracking email. If you’re unable to resolve the issue with the shipping company, email us, and will do everything we can to get your parcel to you.

  • If you've received your order and something has been damaged during delivery please let us know right away. Please email us with details of your delivery, what's damaged and a photo if possible and we will arrange replacements or a refund, depending on the situation and what you'd prefer. We request that all damages are reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • If you wish to return all or any items to us you must notify us via email or telephone within 14 days of receipt. You must provide the order number and item(s) you wish to return. We are happy to refund or exchange if the product is returned in perfect condition and where possible still with original packaging and tags, however, we are unable to return the delivery charge unless your entire order was faulty or incorrect.

    Once item(s) have been received and checked, a refund notification will be sent. You will be notified via email once your return/exchange has been received & processed. All successfully returned items will be exchanged or refunded via the original payment method. We are not liable for lost return packages. Therefore we recommend that you obtain proof of postage in case the package fails to reach us. We strongly advise you to insure the package in case it is damaged in transport.
